Angela German, Ph.D., is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thrive and Success Community Outreach, Inc., where she combines her academic expertise with over a decade of hands-on experience to lead impactful community care initiatives. Holding a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Angela is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Qualified Supervisor, AAMFT approved supervisor, trauma and grief certified, and DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Angela’s passion lies in empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and thrive. Her extensive experience in mental health services and trauma recovery has positioned her as a trusted leader and advocate for holistic, evidence-based approaches to care.
