Cassandra is a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapy Student Intern who utilizes a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful change. Cassandra specializes in working with women, children, and couples, guiding them to identify and challenge cognitive distortions that contribute to maladaptive behaviors and thought patterns.

In her work, Cassandra employs a range of CBT interventions, including cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and thought-stopping techniques, to empower clients to shift unhelpful thinking patterns, improve emotional regulation, and make positive behavioral changes. She also integrates Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients uncover their strengths, set attainable goals, and focus on practical steps to create the future they envision.

Cassandra is passionate about fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. She tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively to develop tools and strategies for lasting personal and relational growth.

Outside of her professional work, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and engaging in creative outlets that bring balance and joy to her life. She is committed to helping her clients' overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create fulfilling, meaningful lives.
