Lotem Elmalah is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is strongly committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. Lotem employs evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman, Child Play therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to empower clients on their journey to healing and personal growth. Lotem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Development and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a student intern, she brings fresh perspectives and a deep enthusiasm to her practice. Fluent in English and Hebrew and conversational in Spanish, Lotem is well-equipped to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.Her passion lies in working with entire family systems, providing couples therapy, and supporting parent-child relationships. Lotem is particularly dedicated to parent counseling, fostering positive parent-child interactions, and helping families build strong, nurturing connections. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.Outside of therapy, Lotem enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family—activities that bring balance and inspiration to her personal life and professional practice.
