Serena is a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist Student Intern with a strong passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. She specializes in individual counseling, family therapy, and parenting support, tailoring her approach to meet each client's unique needs.

Serena integrates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, to help clients address emotional pain, build resilience, and foster personal growth. She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered and supported throughout their healing journey.

Serena earned her Bachelor’s degree in General Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, helping them move toward meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Outside of her professional work, Serena finds joy and balance in going on walks, connecting with friends and family, and embracing moments of self-care. These practices inspire her dedication to promoting wellness in both her life and the lives of her clients
